Parking
We offer parking for guests staying in staff and visitor accommodation at no additional charge. Limited parking spaces are located at Castle Leazes and Windsor Place. To check availability and book a space, please contact the relevant accommodation reception:

Parking agreement and conditions
Permits must be displayed in the windscreen and vehicles must be parked in a marked bay, within the designated resident parking area at the specified residence on the permit. Vehicles must not be parked in any other area as this will result in enforcement action.
By entering and remaining on the property of the University, you agree to the conditions indicated on the parking notices displayed and are contracted to be legally bound by them.
If you breach any of the stated conditions, you will be issued with a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and agree to pay the Parking Charge of £60 within 28 days, reduced to £30 if paid within 14 days. When a Parking Charge becomes due, an application may be made to the DVLA for the registered keeper details.
