Mark Walter, CEO of Guggenheim Partners, LLC, has a net worth of $1.75 billion according to recent estimates. He founded his first company, Liberty Hampshire Company, LLC in the mid-90s in Chicago and later co-founded Guggenheim Partners, LLC, a large global financial services firm. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to encompass 25 offices in nine countries, employing over 2000 people.

Walter was part of the group of businessmen, under the umbrella of Guggenheim Baseball Management, LLC, that purchased the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2011 for $2.15 billion.
