Personal Statement
My name is Elizabeth Petru. I am a RHP, 1st baseman and outfielder. I am a member of the Liberty Hill High School Class of 2023 softball team. I am extremely driven in my sport and academics. My academics are very important to me and I work very hard to maintain stright A's in all of my honors classes. I play on Premier Fastpitch 16u travel team. I am looking for a school where I can have the right balance of school and softball. I strive to be a strong leader on and off the field. I will always give my best in everything I pursue. I plan to pursue a degree in education to work with kids.
I am very active in FFA. My junior year I am going to run to be an FFA officer. I show pigs, and chickens, and I am a member of the poultry judging team. Livetsock has taught me a lot about balance, and discipline. Livestock has taught me about working hard to balance my academics, pigs, chickens, and most importantly softball.
I am very competive in everything I do. I thrive to be the best I can be in the circle and am very comfortable pitching with the game on the line. Currently I throw Knuckleball, Fastball, Curveball, Screwball, Riseball, and Dropball.
