There is no minimum sponsorship target. However, we encourage participants to raise as much sponsorship money as possible to help raise aspiration and attainment in young people in the North East and to support current Newcastle University students facing difficult times. 100% of the money raised will go directly to Newcastle University and the students who we are raising funds for.
You can collect your sponsorship in a few ways. Our preferred way is through JustGiving.
If you would prefer to collect sponsorship in cash donations, we ask that you transfer all sponsorship money to Newcastle University within 4 weeks of the challenge ending.
If participants decide to collect sponsorship in cash donations personally, we will ask that they transfer all sponsorship money to Newcastle University within 4 weeks after The Virtual Challenge takes place. You can do this via a bank transfer or by posting a cheque.
