Born in Elmira, New York in November 1980, Phoenix made her wrestling debut in 2001 on the independent circuit and later joined Ohio Valley Wrestling in 2004. Phoenix was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017 as the youngest inductee up to that point and signed a Legends contract with the WWE.
